 Patience N. A. Vincent EKGS Culinary Institute is one of the finest culinary institutions I know in this country so when I read the advertisement in the national dailies that the institute was going to run this course I quickly registered.
nitially I thought it was going to be like the usual sugar arts
courses I have attended but it turned out to be very unique and
exceptional.
The course was very interesting especially how the Director took us
through the topics which were easy to understand, however the
atmosphere was very conducive.
I have learnt new skills such as printing of edible photo cake, stylish
applications for spectacular wedding cakes, toolless rose, fabric
effect rose leaves, exotic designs with rolling pins and borders
fantasy leaf side design.
After acquiring these skills I can proudly say that my expectation is
far met.
I have also realized that the good news I have been hearing about EKGS
institute is true and I will recommend all sugar arts professionals to
come to EKGS to up grade their skills because there are many courses
available.

 Florence Mensah I came to learn this course to enable me position myself well on the job market especially at a time customer demands keep changing any time, I think under taking this course is in the right direction and it will help me to improve my sugar arts skills.
I have learnt new skills that I can also impart to my students especially the edible photo cake and the stylish application for spectacular wedding cakes.
From today am going to demonstrate what I have acquired from this
intensive training, however I would therefore commend the Director of
the institute for introducing this new course with intention of up
grading skills of professional cake designers in the country.
Some of the topics I enjoyed very much were edible photo cake, tooless

will surely come back for another course.

 Geraldina Genevieve Crabbe I decided to signed up for this brush up skills to improve my knowledge in sugar arts, since trend in cake designing keep on changing every day and I believe that as a professional i should always be up grading my skills to enable me march up with colleague professionals on the global market. Nowadays globalization has changed everything however professionals
need to engage in up grading of skills, research and orientation to
maintain them in business so I think this will go a long way to help
professional cake designers like me to do excellent job.
I always think that before you can do something better in life you need
to be serious with it so I paid proper attention to all what madam was
teaching throughout the course.
I was overwhelm by the topics we were
taken through with high admiration about some of the stylish cakes I
personally designed.
Everybody was happy about how the Director handled the class, she was
so friendly and made sure that what she taught was understood by the
participants.
This course has made me faster in the designing as compared to my
previous experience so am going to put the skills I have acquired from
this course into proper use and hope it will put my business in a very
good shape.

I have actually met my expectation considering the kind of cakes I was able to design, I have no regrets signing up for this program.
When I heard the institute was going to organize this brush- up program I was much interested and rushed to pick a form and signed up for it.
I have achieved new skills in cake making and decorating of which is
going to impact heavily on my business.
