Sonia Ofori The course leader of the floral class of the EKGS Culinary Institute Sonia Ofori has promised to use her past leadership experience to lead the 2010 floral class to the successful end of their course.
She said with the help of God and cooperation of the students her vision of achieving unprecedented record in both academic and moral disciplines will come true.
She said leading a group of people with diverse opinions is some
times challenging but she was not deterred.
Sonia Ofori disclosed this in an interview during a prayer session to
celebrate the 12th anniversary of the EKGS Culinary Institute at
Dansoman in Accra.
Sonia Ofori and four others were nominated for class prefect position
where she was given the mandate through a ballot.
At EKGS, the election of class leader is through merit, nominees should
be informed, humble, eloquent and have character trait in general.
According to her she was a school prefect during her primary school and
junior high education. However the story repeated itself when she was
once again appointed school prefect at the Ghana National College in
Cape coast. She advised her colleagues to be serious with their
lessons.
