 This design has been made in a glass container, with floral foam for the mechanics. The dish has been filled with white and lime green sisal, to match the colour of the flowers used. I've taken a metal wreath ring which has been closely wrapped in wired sisal string, and used it to form a platform around the rim of the container. This has been fastened to the foam using metal pins. I've grouped some white glittery stems in the centre for height, and seven 'Prado' Carnations are arranged around them. Two groups of three Hedera colchica 'Sulphur Heart' leaves have been used at the base, and two groups of five cream roses have also been used. Some sisal covered baubles have been fixed into position to give interest, and the arrangement has been completed with green sisal balls, some of them wrapped in gold bullion wire.
