 Mrs Efua Goode-Arthur with section of students The first batch of students who enrolled in the EKGS Culinary Institute for 2010 have successfully completed their course and currently putting elegant touches on their cakes which will be exhibited at the Institute’s 23rd graduation ceremony slated to take place on June 19, 2010 at the National Theatre in Accra.
Certificates will be awarded to students while attractive prizes will be presented to some selected students who excelled in various disciplines.
The 130 students went through a five months training in cake making and decorating, pastries, cookery, balloon ribbon and floral arts.
The sugar arts and floral students designed spectacular cakes and flowers while pastry/ cookery art students also went through the preparation of a wide variety of local and continental dishes.
